The crystal red Tekne Award statue isn’t just pretty. It’s meant to symbolize the evolving and dynamic process of technology and remind us our job is never finished.
Fifteen of Minnesota’s finest were recognized at the Tekne Awards ceremony, representing native technology in verticals such as manufacturing, environmental, educational, management, and more. Prior to last night’s awards dinner, JAMF Software was nominated as a finalist in the Established Software Company category, alongside some stiff competition. We were humbled by the nomination, and thrilled to have captured the win. That’s right, we won!
Tekne Awards are presented by the Minnesota High Tech Association to companies deemed as playing a significant role in technologies that impact the lives and futures of people around the world. JAMF Software was recognized by the MHTA for the pioneering work done in the field of OS X and iOS management, specifically for the Casper Suite, a management technology developed exclusively for the Apple platform. The Casper Suite provides the most comprehensive breadth and depth of functionality for IT administrators, including settings management, software distribution, imaging and inventory, as well as package and image management, remote updates and a powerful framework for automated support.
