JNUC Diversity Sponsorship applications now available

Jamf Nation User Conference (JNUC) Diversity Sponsorships are once again available for 10 individuals who are a part of an underrepresented group of people in the technology sector.

The world’s largest rally of Apple IT administrators, the Jamf Nation User Conference (JNUC), is quickly approaching. As a way to help ensure a diverse community at the event, Jamf is once again offering Diversity Sponsorships to 10 individuals who are a part of an underrepresented group of people in the technology sector.

The sponsorships include:

  • Ticket to JNUC
  • Meet-and-greet with members of the Jamf senior leadership team
  • $500 stipend to use toward travel and hotel costs
  • Social outing with other sponsorship recipients

“I've been attending and presenting at tech conferences for over a decade now, and I've seen a lot of things change in technology over this time. What I'm often asked though, is what more could we be doing to make a change in the diversity we see in our technical community,” said Andrina Kelly, Jamf employee. “I’m so proud to work for a company that not only recognizes the strengths diversity brings to the community, but is also actively fostering this with many initiatives, including the JNUC Diversity Sponsorship.”

Anyone, no matter his or her race, ethnicity, gender, age or ability, can succeed in the technology industry. Come learn more about this exciting field at JNUC from October 24 – 26, 2017. Those from an underrepresented group in the tech field are encouraged to apply for the JNUC Diversity Sponsorship by 5:00 p.m. CDT on Monday, July 31, 2017.

All applications will be read and selected by members of the Jamf Inclusion and Diversity Committee. Sponsorship recipients will be notified on Wednesday, September 6.
