I recently started pushing out a printer to some of our users. The printer's name included "CopierPrinter", which OSX was fine with and Casper Admin kept along for the ride when it was added. Smart Groups, however, always drops the "" out of it after a short period of time. I've already fixed the printer being pushed(it now uses a "/" instead), but I'm trying to fix the "PRINT-Mapped" group I have for it so that people with the "" naming don't receive the policy multiple times.
Does anyone know what the escape character for a smart group criteria would be? I can't find much of any documentation on that.
