Apple Classroom - Configuration Profile EDU not consistently being pushed out

Student mobile devices are to receive the EDU Configuration Profile when added and saved to a Class. How may I push it out again if the profile is not appearing associated with a device or was never sent or "lagging" for some reason.

My thinking is I would need to rebuild the Class once all the users get to iOS 9.3.1 rather than doing it ahead of time, which generally works, but not always.

We've had to uncheck EDU Support currently on our server as there are problems with it. It has brought our server down to where we can't even get the login page to the JSS to pull up. Apparently EDU support is doing some calculations that is tying up MySQL.

I've seen the lag when it works. Also, sending a blank push on those devices allows it to go through.

Are you running on a Mac Server?

We are running on a quad core i7 Mac Mini 10.11.4 with SSD drives and 16GB of RAM.

Iv'e got round this by removing those missing student's from the class, and then re-adding them.
