Explain how prestage enrollment scope works

Pretty new to Jamf and DEP, yesterday I had my distributor added devices to my DEP and they showed up in the scope in prestage enrollment. Today they registered another order in DEP and today they are the only ones showing in the scope, the ones displayed yesterday does not show today, how come, is this the expected behavior?

I have noticed it sometimes takes a day or so to actually show in the JSS. There is a refresh button on the pre-stage enrolment window.

You may have been lucky having the ones showing up straight away.....

Did you receive an email confirmation stating Devices Available?

Could also have a look at the DEP website to see if the devices are showing in there.

If they don't show I would contact your reseller

Do you have more than one PreStage? Once you assign devices to one PreStage you don't see them as available devices on another.

If you only have the one PreStage and devices you saw yesterday are no longer showing, it means that on the DEP portal those devices are no longer assigned to your MDM server. Contact your distributor.
