Is Casper 9.96 going to be compatible with Server 2016?

Our Casper server is running on 2008 currently, we would like to migrate to Server 2012 but since 2016 will be available soon, we are thinking of just waiting for it as migrating our server isn't mission critical. Is 9.96 going to work on 2016 or should we just use 2012?

I can't say definitively, but I can tell you that the JSS under windows uses Tomcat and Java. As long as those two components work under 2012, then yes, JSS it'll work. Oh and Mysql if you are running the database on the same machine. So check compatibility of those three components and you'll know if the JSS will likely work.
