For a while, last year, our GSX connection was working great. I had everything recorded with purchase dates. Lately, I discovered if I re-imaged a Mac, the purchasing information was lost. A large number of our Macs are now missing purchasing information.
In the GSX test function, it worked great. It still works when I test it. When I log into the gsx site at Apple with the same credentials, everything works. However, when I attempt to import the purchasing information from Apple, it doesn't work.
Anyone else seeing GSX connection issues? Have you found a work around or something else to try? At this point, it seems JAMF support and Apple are stuck. I have tried just about everything, I think.
