15.32 Outlook -- unable to compose/send e-mails when Cisco WebEx plug-in installed

FYI -- https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_officeinsider-mso_mac/outlook-for-mac-1532-170221/75277e16-432f-428e-8aaa-0027f3612796

It appears installing the new version (31.11.1.62) of Cisco WebEx ptools resolves it. Now the fun part is trying to figure out how to update this since it lives in the users library folder. Is anyone regularly patching the WebEx plug-in? If so, how?

Our WebEx Prod Tools for Mac have an autoupdate feature that will alert users to new versions. Unfortunately, for now, the installer can not be easily installed by Casper as it needs to be installed by the user. There are asks in to the WebEx team to change this. In cases where we have a critical need for users to update the WxPT we alert those not already at the new version that it is available.

@iJake I just tested the installer. Looks like it places it into /Applications/WebEx/Productivity Tools now.

The strange thing is that it leaves the "Cisco Webex Start" app in the ~/Library/Application Support/WebEx Folder" I'm thinking all we need to do is deploy the .pkg that you download from the webex site, then run a script to remove the WebEx Folder in the user's directory

EDIT:: The Cisco Meeting Center still gets placed in the ~/Library/Application Support folder. If the folder is deleted, it'll re-download when you join a meeting.
