Kernel Panics with Casper Imaged Touchbar MacBook Pros

Greetings all,

We've got an odd situation that has developed. We just started using Casper to image our machines in the field (we've only got about 250 out there total) and we're getting some reports of Kernel Panic crashes from the end users. We've tried thin-imaging (laying our config over top of currently installed factory image) and we've tried the bare metal image we set up which erases the drive and lays down Sierra 10.12.3 and then the config afterwards.

One somewhat common appearance in the Kernel Panic logs is MS outlook 2016 (15.32). For one user in our environment, 14 of the 16 kernel panic logs in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports has Outlook as the culprit. I've uploaded the most recent crash log to PasteBin in the hopes that someone here can help me parse what this says. I've seen some guides online to troubleshooting kernel panics, but so far I'm getting nowhere, and just though it was time to reach out to some other experts and to see if anyone else is seeing this.

We use Casper 9.96 on a Windows 2012R2 server. Hardware diags on the affected Macs comes back clean.

We have an open issue with Apple about kernel panics and Sierra. We thought it was touchbars at first, but as reports came in there were other machines that started to manifest the issue too. They acknowledged an issue, and there is a fix in the current beta, 10.12.4, that seems to have taken care of the problem. I suggest signing up for the public beta at https://beta.apple.com and installing it to see if it takes care of your problem.
