"Waiting for available socket..." browser status when editing Static Computer Groups

Anyone know what the root cause of "Waiting for available socket..." errors are when trying to edit Static Computer Groups, and waiting for the browser window to open?

JAMF, can we add "Static Computer Groups" to Additional Tags?
