Update Built-In CA after Server Migration to fix Enrollments?

I'm migrating our Jamf Pro from an aging Mac Mini to a Windows VM. I backed up the database from the old server, and restored to the new server with no issue. I've updated the SSL certificate for the new server, which appears to be correct under Apache Tomcat settings, but I believe an old setting elsewhere that migrated with the database is preventing clients from enrolling into the new server.

Under Settings > Global Management > PKI Certificates > Management Certificate Template > Built-in CA, the CA Subject Name still has the value from the old server. I suspect this is what's causing the enrollment problem, but I'd like to fix/update this without breaking the SSL certificate. What is the best way to do this?
