CFNetwork SSlHandshake failed (-9807)

We replaced our self-signed SSL certificate with a Third Party signed trusted cert. All good
I then changed the JSS url name. All Good
I then renewed the Apple Push Cert. Not good. for some reason, the Cert didn't match with what Apple had and it was a mess to get sorted requiring I go thru the steps os renewing multiple times due to the cert not being accepted or not matching. I finally just created an un-signed cert and signed it separately using Jamf.
Some machines are showing in the JSS but say "Not Enrolled" this is weird because I can use Casper Remote but cant run a configuration policy and Reco fails from the command line and the recon app, but I can install thru ARD.
I see the SSL handshake error when I attempt to sudo jamf recon

I saw on the nation that some admins had updated Java and that seemed to help them...didn't help me though. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.
