Skype for Business Patch Management not working

The last 2 version of SfB that have been made available show when a machine doesn't have the latest. When we run the update, it seems to run through without issue, but the update never actually installs.

I look at the Log and see this:

Latest Skype for Business 2 minutes ago Pending (Attempt: 1) HideRetry
Attempt: 1
No Actions
Attempt: 1
Executing Patch Policy Skype for Business
Mounting dp01
Copying Skype For Business-16.12.77.pkg...
Installing Skype For Business-16.12.77.pkg...
installer: Package name is Skype for Business installer: Upgrading at base path / installer: The upgrade was successful.
Attempt: 1
Executing Patch Policy Skype for Business
Mounting dp01
Copying Skype For Business-16.12.77.pkg...
Installing Skype For Business-16.12.77.pkg...
installer: Package name is Skype for Business installer: Upgrading at base path / installer: The upgrade was successful.

Also noticed that even if SfB is open, the process will start. it doesn't alert you that SfB needs to be quit.
