Enrollment Via Configurator

I'm trying to enroll devices with Apple Configurator. This seems like the easiest way to do it but if it isn't please feel free to chime in as I'm new to IOS management. I have the device in DEP but it still kicks back this message:

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here. all previous devices I've done manually but would like a faster process.

Copy the Serial Number, open Apple School Manager, select Device Assignments on the left side. Paste the Serial Number in and Assign to your Jamf Server.

Open your JSS and select a Pre-Stage Enrollment > Scope and Edit. Paste in the serial number and see if the iPad is found. If it is found add it to the PreStage Enrollment. Then try configurator again.

I add a wifi Profile in my configurator so the iPads join our network during configuration. Works very quickly when enrolling (less than 1 minute).

I finally got this working. The devices weren't automatically being assigned into the prestage even though I had it set to.
