I am able to image fine using a USB-C to Ethernet dongle as well as using Casper Remote to push individual pieces of software to the client machine. However when I switch over to wireless, I am unable to reach my client machine using Casper Remote. It checks in with the JSS fine, receives, downloads and installs policies and software via policy however I am unable to connect to the client machine using Casper Remote.
I have been able to fix this issue on each individual client machine and that is by removing the management account through terminal, rebooting, rebuilding the management account with the same credentials and now I'm finally able to utilize Casper Remote on the client machine. Anyone have any recommendations?
