Self Service 10 crashing

I've noticed that if I leave Self Service up for a while and try to run a policy, it will crash. I think it's because it's timed out, but instead of giving a warning or returning to the login screen, it crashes completely. Has anyone else seen this? We're running 10.1.0 currently.

Hi,

We have similar problems on High Sierra computers after upgrading JAMF PRO to version 10. When you click on the "all" or "Bookmarks" category the first, the self service crashes. But if we click on another category first and then "All" then that's not the same problem. Does anyone have an idea?

Here is some crash logs:

Anyone know a fix?

I've spent the last few days trying to narrow this down. It looks like it is just an issue with my own (mobile, AD) account.

With debugging turned on for Self Service, Jamf Support saw this entry in the debug log:

Keychain Error: The specified item could not be found in the keychain

Therefore they suggested removing the keychains via:

rm -R /Users/provideUserNameHere/Library/Keychains

So I did that and I've been trying to get SS to crash all day but all looks OK so far. Time will tell.

Also this thread may give you some pointers?

I also have the issue on 10.4.0. On some of my Mac computers Self-Service crash on Load. The keychain is present and the log state that the app started successfully but it crashed. I tried to reinstall the app, removefrawork and clear cache without success.

@Marxtinus ,
Did you ever find a solution the problem you were having with Self-Service?

Thanks,
