Hello All,
I have been packaging Adobe's apps via CCP and prior with their AIMEE tool for years. Adding the created package to Jamf Admin is something I have been doing without issue for years as well.
Today however, I have taken our created .pkg and attempted to copy it to the file distribution point via Jamf Admin and the distribution point is disconnecting PRIOR to the completion of the copy.
The question I have is, can I first zip the file up and THEN copy it to Jamf Admin? I know Jamf Admin will zip the file up automatically.
Just curious. Not sure why we are suddenly dropping the connection to the distribution point like this. We also noted the file distribution point drops off periodically when deploying apps via a policy or two. Thought it was a fluke, maybe it is related?
We are on JSS 10.2.0-t1518103206.
