We have a MDM server, that I think the certificates has expired. We have bought some new devices, but they are not shown on our MDM server, but can be seen when logging to dep
When looking under server information inside DEP login, there is a server token that is created on the 23/1/2017. It does not stand that it has expired, but is it only valid for a year ? - There also stand a public key, but not with any date

And you have assigned them to the MDM server via the Apple Deployment Portal??

Yes inside DEP our MDM server is listed - right now we have configuration manager as MDM. Just wondering if it is a apple dep certificate issue

So, you went to the portal, then 'manage servers' select the MDM server, then in 'Server Details', Download serial numbers.
The device is showing in the downloaded spreadsheet?
Never used configuration manager, so I'm no help on that one..

requesting a new token should not ruin anything else in the setup ? - Just want to be sure, as I do not want to mess up anything :)

Nope, just renewing the token will not affect anything.
I actually did the same last week after having issues myself.

BTW, if you want to test, you can create a test MDM server in the Portal, then add that to config manager setup and test?
