The T2 and FileVault
Did I read somewhere else that FV enablement will be instantaneous now?

SecureBoot - Full vs Medium Security
Besides the requires a network connection at install time, what are the potential limitations we're going to face running in Full security vs Medium?

Operationally, I'm not sure how to interpret the verbiage in the Startup Security Utility; ensures only your current OS can run v.s. any version trusted by apple can run.

I suppose this removes the possibility of downgrading an OS (when hardware permits), but what else comes into play??

If you have been slacking on moving your provisioning away from legacy methods (such as netboot), the T2 will likely draw howls of discontent, and I don't want to hear it! You have had ample warning!

Apple products are absurdly overpriced for what you get.
