Jamf Pro 10.20.1 - Cloud Upgrade Schedule

Today we are making Jamf Pro 10.20.1 available. This version includes same-day support for Apple's new operating systems and corrects an issue with 10.20 that might cause an increase in MySQL utilization.

The cloud upgrade schedule remains the same and cloud customers will be automatically upgraded to 10.20.1 during the windows outlined below. Release notes for this version are available here.

We're excited to announce that Jamf Pro 10.20 is now available!

With today's release, we are adding management support for Activation Lock for Mac as well as enhancing enrollment packages and our user interface.

Please note: Jamf Pro version 10.20.1 is coming in the near future to address a known issue in which queries for many objects fail to use the cache which may result in increased database load. All Jamf Cloud customers will be automatically upgraded to version 10.20.1 during the cloud upgrade windows below. Look for more information about version 10.20.1 soon.

JUST fyi for everybody: there is a known issue PI-008027, which may cause a slight increase in MySQL utilization. In this version, queries for many objects fail to use the cache which may result in an increased database load.
