@BreadedChicken , based on the admin guide. Managed iOS only. https://docs.jamf.com/jamf-connect/2.4.0/documentation/Jamf_Unlock.html

It looks like an awesome feature ! The only disappointing thing for us is that it looks like the user needs to be an admin to complete the pairing process between the computer and phone. Most of our users are not admins.

@rcorbin you could temporarily elevate the user permissions (sap privileges app) to setup unlock.

Does the iOS device also have to be in Jamf?

@MatG The iOS device needs to be managed so that you can install the Jamf Unlock app as a managed App with a managed config. However, it doesn't have to be Jamf. If you have iOS devices managed by another MDM, that should be fine.

This requirement comes from the fact that we need to add an AuthenticationAuthority for the token to the user's account. Open Directory requires admin credentials for the record in question to be able to do that. The same restriction exists if you are using the sc_auth script to setup other token based credentials.

As others have said the mobile app is iOS only. We rely on an hardware (SEP) and software (CryptoTokenKit, Multipeer Connectivity, iBeacon, among others...) features that Apple provides that aren't on other platforms.

Does this support environments that use Azure/Custom ADFS hybrid environments? It looks like the custom app configuration does not support password verification.
