Ok, I've put in a feature request for "administrative delegation" to control which computer groups particular admins can push packages and policies to.

Since this is in the "feature request" stage and not currently implemented I'm curious if anyone who has a need for this has come up with any "creative" methods to do this.
Any permission changes for distribution points?
Any changes to internal or external accounts or groups?
Just trying to think outside the box of sudo ways this might be possible while waiting for the fine folks at JAMF to implement a supported method.
