Computers not getting Computer Name when imaged

Hey all,

Having an issue here where none of the new machines we image get the name they are designated in Casper Imaging. They just get called localhost after everything is installed. For reference we are on 8.64

Any help is appreciated.

This sounds like you're still seeing the bug described at the following location:

However, I haven't seen this as an issue since using 8.64. Are you sure that you've upgraded the Casper Imaging application that you're using? For example, if using NetBoot, you'll need to update your NetBoot image with the new version.

Hi Josh,

Yes, we have put 8.64 Imaging in our NetBoot. Additionally our NetBoot is built off a 10.8.3 image. The issue still persists.
