In our environment we use Apple Configuration to provision our users iPads and iPad carts. When we do we install a profile which has a specific hidden wireless network we want our managed devices to be on. When the faculty, staff and students get an iPad it sometimes takes a few seconds to connect to the wireless network. If they are in a hurry they will connect to the visible network we are using for BYOD devices. When they connect the profile that it downloads from our wireless APs, Ruckus, breaks our MDM so that the devices no longer check in, we cannot remote unlock, remote wipe, etc. Does anyone know of a way that I can restrict the managed devices from accepting the profile from our Ruckus APs so that the MDM does not break? Any thoughts, insights or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
