I want to place the Casper Focus User Guide in my eBook catalog. I downloaded a copy of the pdf, and placed in on my server with my other self published eBooks. When a user tries to open it they get the message, "Access Denied. This device is not authorized to view the app catalog." I've compared the permissions on the file to others that work, I've checked the pdf for any lock. I can open the pdf on the server from within the inhouse folder. I've compared the url in the JSS for any typos.
