It seems like every so often our Java applet-dependent software acts up and the only way to fix it is to clear the Java cache/temp files. These are located at /Users/someuser/Application Support/Oracle/Java/Deployment/cache. Within that directory, there are numerous other numbered directories. It seems the manual way of clearing the temp files via the Java control panel deletes the contents of those directories but not the directories themselves. Any thoughts on a script, etc to clear those files (ideally to be executed via a policy or Casper Remote/Self Service)?
