Konica has an app (PageScope Mobile) that will allow users to connect directly to the copiers for printing or scanning. The downside is that you need the IP address of the machine you want to use. I would obviously like to be able to use App Configuration tab in Casper to preset the IPs of our machines before putting the app into SelfService. I've checked with Konica, but they aren't familiar enough with Casper to give me an answer. Has anyone tried this yet?
