Manager, Mac@IBM Engineering- Eric manages the Mac@IBM engineering team, previously at Apple as a Systems Engineer, with 11 years of hands on experience with Mac Management.
Lead Engineer, Mac@IBM- Ryan is the Lead Engineer on the Mac@IBM team. Previously at Apple as a Client Engineer, with 17 years of experience in Mac Management and deployment.
Engineer, Mac@IBM- Pat prepares software for deployment and manages the monitoring infrastructure, previously with Kohl's Department stores, he has over 15 years of Enterprise Mac Management experience.
Infrastructure Engineer, Mac@IBM- Tom is responsible for all aspects of the Mac@IBM infrastructure and legacy systems integration, he also assists with platform engineering. Tom has almost two decades of experience working with Macs in IT.
QA Engineer, Mac@IBM- JD is responsible for Quality Assurance of Mac@IBM workflows, features, and deployed software. Previously, he was the senior architect of a thirty-six thousand mixed Apple devices 1:1 program in K-12 education. JD has been administering Apple devices for over 10 years.
QA Engineer/Engineer, Mac@IBM- Tom recently joined the engineering team from the Mac@IBM Apple Advisors help desk. He helps facilitate the relationship between engineering and support while assisting with QA, packaging, and other engineering tasks. Tom joined IBM after spending five years at Apple.
