Hello All, You might be asking yourself, "What is a bottle share?" Great question. Well let me ask, do you like to drink tasty things? Do you like to share said tasty things with friends and strangers while attending the Jamf Nation User Conference? Well I have just the event for you. The Annual JNUC Bottle Share is not an official Jamf sponsored event but one where Jamfs and the Jamf Nation community get together and share things we enjoy beyond tech, namely beer.
The idea of a bottle share is people bring beer (cider, mead and other libations accepted as well) that they enjoy to share with other people. The beer does not need to be rare, or in the words of beer nerds "Whales", but for this share its typically things local to your region in order to help share new things with people who might not have had it prior. Thats the lovely thing about having a an international community, we can try things from all parts of the world.
This will be held in the Jamf office Town Hall from 6:00-9:00 pm on Tuesday Oct. 23rd of the JNUC week. There is no charge to attend (meaning you don't have to bring anything, but something to share is recommended) and glassware will be provided.
If you still have questions this is a helpful guide to bottle shares if you are interested: Bottle Share Etiquette
Otherwise feel free to reach out to me via jamfnation, create a discussion associated to the mini event or find the conversation on Slack in the MacAdmins #jnucbottleshare channel.
If you are planning on bringing some to share and want to list those to ensure no duplicates we have made a collaborative spreadsheet: JNUC Bottle Share - Contribution List
