You will be joining a small, highly motivated IT team responsible for managing, maintaining and deploying corporate IT systems and networking equipment for our growing company. This role will be the primary point of contact for our San Francisco office with some travel to the Mountain View office and will share in the day-to-day support of all staff, devices, services, and take on major design/deployment initiatives.
We use Google apps and many of the usual enterprise grade SaaS apps including Salesforce, Zendesk, Asana and Confluence. Our network equipment is a mix of Meraki, Arista and Cisco.
Provide end user and back end server / systems support for a growing 70+ office in San Francisco. This includes some help desk and tier 1 responsibilities.
Assist in maintenance and operation of our network and Mac management infrastructure.
Perform System / Network Administration, SaaS integrations and management
Proactive management and optimization of systems, including network scanning, network monitoring and vulnerability triage and response for internal and customer facing software applications.
Identify and explore new technologies which will help enhance the overall IT function.
Share in IT oncall rotation, and maintain technical documentation of relevant systems.
Take ownership of several IT projects, which involves design, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing and future company-wide software packages and integrations.
Will be responsible not only for administration, implementation and roll-out of current systems but also for the engineering of future systems.
Bachelor’s in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience (certifications a plus)
5+ years related IT systems administration experience
Demonstrated experience in:
JAMF device management
Single Sign-On, SAML
Open Directory / LDAP / Active Directory
Bash and Python Scripting
Mixed Mac and PC environment (with an emphasis on Mac)
Security assessments and documentation up to and including ISO 27001
Network Firewalls VPN
Change Management Processes
SaaS management and administration experience, including Google for Business (email, GAuth), Salesforce, Trello, ClearSlide, BlueJeans
Network configuration and management (configuring switches, LAN, WiFi).
Ability to manage multiple project in a fast paced start up environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
