computerDNA, a Cincinnati based Apple Premium Service Provider, is looking for our lead Mac Administrator to support SMBs that we manage. The candidate should display:
1.) 3-4 years Mac Server Admin experience (ideally looking for 7+ years) Using IOS 10 server solutions
2.) Experience with software troubleshooting and debugging (specifically within MS office and Creative Suite)
3.) Network support (light)
4.) JAMF/Casper knowledge a plus
5.) Light MDM
6.) Outstanding soft skills!
Client onsite & remote support for workstations applications, networks, server & storage. Hours: M-F 8:30-6. Three to four times per quarter, we have late night maintenance onsites that go from 5-8pm.
Preferred but not required:
Certifications - ACTC, ACSP, ACMT, Google Administration, Network+, JAMF
computerDNA is an Apple Premium Service Provider offering managed support services to SMB's in addition to offering both warranty and non-warranty break/fix repair service at our location in Blue Ash.
It is critical that this individual can be client facing.
CDNA is looking to be more proactive with clients rather than reactive. They're looking for an individual who can be client facing and make solution recommendations of to get ahead of problems.This role will allow someone to have visibility and a voice. They don't have to simply be a "do-er" but will also have the ability to give recommendations and solutions to clients and be heard.
