RealSelf is looking for an IT Support Technician to support rapid company growth and the constant improvement in the delivery of IT resources and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of customer service and technical skills to deliver a secure, reliable work environment. This person will be the first point of contact for onsite technical support and has a knack for communicating with people at varying levels of technical aptitude.
Hands-on IT responsibilities
Support IT policies & standards in a fast-growing company
Consistently deliver on IT Service Level Agreements
Customer orientation, onboarding and training
Proactively discover and resolve IT-related problems
Support and manage networking, A/V, and corporate SaaS apps
Maintain Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity plans
Keep IT equipment, systems and storage neat, clean and organized
1-2 years providing IT support
Previous experience assisting with onboarding and offboarding of new systems
Metrics-focused: understands how to measure SLA & satisfaction goals
Manage networking and applications in a physical and cloud-based environment
Manage and support an exclusively Macintosh enterprise
Familiar with Okta, Google apps, Slack
Onsite troubleshooting (phone, conference rooms, etc)
Ability to work closely with engineers and operations where IT and production systems cross
Ability to self-manage deadlines, SLAs and service quality, identifying and proactively correcting issues
Proven track-record of systems troubleshooting skills in a variety of environments
Familiarity with Meraki, JAMF, SIP phones, AWS, Windows, Linux
Background supporting teams with job-critical needs
Experience with Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery plans for work teams
History of supporting/mentoring early-career IT professionals
