As a Technical Account Manager, you’re a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You're part of a team that helps our clients introduce technology within their businesses. You’ll meet with business customers to understand their needs and uncover how Alectrona can help them be effective. You’ll be their educator and advisor on technology decisions for their workplaces.
Ultimately, you’ll provide technical, product and business knowledge to help our customers succeed, support our sales process and strengthen customer relationships.
Work with our clients to understand their needs, create strategies to guide their IT roadmaps and decisions, and help educate our customers about the types of technology available to their businesses and how it can help drive success.
Work with people at all levels in an organization, from office administrators to department heads and executives to build technical solutions and streamline support processes.
Be an expert at using the technologies we recommend - be ready to discuss our recommended solutions in both ad-hoc and formal situations.
Run group and individual training sessions for our customers to help them learn to use the technology products we implement for them effectively.
Establish best practices for creating the perfect Alectrona-supported office, and document those practices for staff and clients.
Work with our technical team to solve client problems; host and lead discussions about what’s working and what could be better, facilitate brainstorming to improve client service.
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior resources. Build a team of people who help our clients succeed with us.
Proven work experience on both the technology and client service sides of the Apple Business ecosystem.
Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies, and the ability to explain technical issues and decisions in clear, straightforward language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with modern software and hardware, including Apple’s product line and leading cloud solution providers like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.
Excellent listening skills and empathy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
