Job Description

Mann is looking for professionals to join our Mac and PC teams. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and considerable opportunity for development and advancement. No two days are the same. Consultants are exposed to a broad range of technical projects and roles including onsite/remote consulting, project implementation, network design, troubleshooting, and vendor supervision. You’ll develop skills in major Mac & PC platforms, cloud services and networking.

Who are YOU?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of work experience (tech support, I.T. department, in-house)
Familiarity in using services such as NAT, Regedit, command-line interfaces, DNS
Experience with Mac or Windows Server administration
Experience with Jamf
General experience with router/firewall installation and maintenance
General experience with backup and antivirus software
Troubleshooting and configuring G Suite, Office365 are a plus
Articulate, strong time & stress management
Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats (multiple projects at multiple clients, while also learning new certifications and skills. This is not a boring job!)
Strong communication and English skills
What will you DO?

Conduct client consulting, including phone, on-site client work, research, estimates and proposals
Document client requests daily to organize completed and future client work
Assist in authoring standards of care for client work
Share and train on new technologies and best practices
Determine the best solutions for a broad client base
Delight clients and coworkers with outstanding support
Attend new business meetings
Supervise other associates or freelance consultants when appropriate
Limited travel outside the area may be required. For meetings in the Bay Area, access to an automobile is essential. Business travel will be reimbursed according to standard practices.
