Greenhouse is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join the team!

As our company continues to grow, there is an increased need for IT support and processes. Reporting directly to our IT Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor a small team and work to streamline system trainings, run technical procurement, implement creative tools, and work on projects that will drive scalable changes.

What you'll do:

  • Provide day-to-day desktop support for employees in our NYC and SF offices
  • Identify ways to scale our internal network infrastructure
  • Find creative technical tools and solutions to improve collaboration
  • Handle purchasing of equipment and software licenses
  • Work with the People team to streamline onboarding & offboarding procedures


You should have:

  • Experience in IT support at a company with at least 100 employees
  • Experience in JAMF Casper and G Suite
  • A deep understanding of networking concepts and operating systems (we’re primarily a Mac shop)
  • Experience running desktop support
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
