The Business of Fashion is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Manager to improve and secure our working environment across 3 office locations – and in the cloud.

With your expert knowledge in administrating devices using JAMF/Casper, and managing features and identity profiles of GSuite, you’ll deliver a smooth working environment for our teams in London, New York and Shanghai.

What We Need You To Do

Our teams are moving fast, and we are growing in size! As a highly-organised member of the Technology team, we need your expert guidance in managing 3 locations in new offices, and strong support with daily IT requests and operations.

You will work closely with the CTO to …

  • Recommend, plan, implement and maintain IT infrastructure in a new London office – specifically networking (hardwired & wifi), printing and video conferencing
  • Recommend, train and administer a secure working environment by helping individuals keep up to date with security measures (software updates and security patches via Jamf, 2FA on cloud services, VPN network, etc)
  • Research, recommend, implement and administer useful business-wide cloud services – both existing and new subscriptions

You will need to work independently to ...

  • Procure, setup and refurbish Apple laptops and associated devices for individuals
  • Procure, setup and maintain office equipment - such as TV, printers, routers, external hard drives, etc.
  • Track allocation of individual and office equipment in a registry
  • Provision cloud accounts or subscriptions during employee on-boarding, and disable them during off-boarding
  • Train employees with best practices for productivity, for both devices and digital services

You thrive in fast-paced environments, you’re passionate about what you do, you have a meticulous eye for detail and a high sense of urgency.

A successful candidate must be highly experienced with:

  • Administering 100+ devices across multiple locations via JAMF/Casper, and Apple Device Enrollment Program, and Volume Purchase Program.
  • Configuring GSuite to work for our business needs, including identity profiles for SSO into other services like Dropbox, Slack and Workplace.
  • Configuring shared resources (TV, routers, printers) for access via a network
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining video conferencing devices & services
  • Diagnosing Apple laptop issues, and handling common issues from teammates
  • Refurbishing unused and setting up new laptops ready for teammates
  • Rolling out security updates and managing laptops remotely
  • Setting up subscription accounts for teammates, and closing or suspending accounts


JAMF/Casper certification (required: CCA or above)
GSuite Administrator certification
