The MAC Workstation Engineer is responsible for engineering all aspects and features of Jamf Pro/Casper Suite to deploy images, software, and updates. NTT DATA is looking for an articulate self-starter with the ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced environment. The engineer will be supporting a large federal customer with approximately 100 MAC OS workstations (mostly laptops) operating in an active directory environment. The engineer will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all technical aspects of the MAC OS environment and all aspects of Jamf Pro including adherence to security requirements and best practices. Telework can be approved for the right candidate.
Experience with scripting and command line.
Experience in configuring and managing policies.
Experience with SCCM is a plus.
Experience using Remedy or Service Now ITSM ticketing tools.
Desired Certifications/Experience/Skills: Apple Certified Support Professional Jamf Certified Admin ITIL Foundation Level Certification is a plus
Extensive knowledge of Mac OS X systems management in an Active Directory environment.
4+ years’ experience of technical end user support in an Apple macOS environment, covering MAC hardware (laptops and desktops) and software (macOS, MS Office and O365, Adobe Products such as Reader and Acrobat, Java, etc.).
Demonstrated success in designing and engineering for large implementations of Jamf Pro in a multi-location environment. 2-5 years of experience in all aspects of Jamf Casper Suite. Experience creating installation/packaging scripts using Jamf Casper products, apple script or shell scripting. Experience with VPN connections for Mac. Experience with two-factor authentication solutions (PIV Card) for Mac. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance at the 6C level.
