We are looking for a technical professional with excellent customer service and communication skills who specializes in providing support to clients on Apple hardware and software

Responsibilities

should have strong experience with MACs and scripting with JAMF
Familiarity with software deployment, AutoPKG, and other packaging methodologies
familiar with Mac integration with directory services (Active Directory/LDAP)
Troubleshoot, fix, & maintain Mac OS X operating systems
Using Jamf for creating and pushing images across clients
Rebuild Mac machines from scratch

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or up to 2 to 4 years of JAMF/Apple-related technical experience
