We are looking for a confident, outgoing and proactive individual to join our support team responsible for delivering end-user focused IT support to staff in Chicago and Austin.

Job Description

On any given day you might

  • Collaborate with global techs and Systems leadership to implement the global IT strategy
  • Day to day management of local IT operations including support, purchasing and vendor management
  • Troubleshooting user issues and providing IT support to a growing user base
  • Hardware imaging of both Macintosh and Windows machines
  • Software deployment and troubleshooting
  • New hire on-boarding
  • Installation and maintenance of local AV systems
  • When required, providing remote hands working with Infrastructure team for server, network and managed services support


The Ideal Person

  • Background in end-user support
  • 3-5 years experience supporting Macintosh AND Windows operating systems
  • Experience of JAMF (Casper), and LANDesk management tools
  • Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Experience with administering user accounts and computers in Active Directory
  • Experience supporting video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Skype for Business & Google Hangouts


  • It is vital that the successful applicant has strong interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels within the organization.
