Supporting soon to be 30000 iPads and eventually 60000 iPads for students, as well as iPad and Mac Support for Faculty and Staff, the EndPoint Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the enterprise desktop and mobile environment specializing in our Apple iOS and Mac OS experience serving faculty, staff, and students with the Digital Flagship. This position is for an experienced, self-motivated individual to participate in projects and oversee the daily execution of processes, operations, and support activities for client technologies. This position works closely with Security, Digital Flagship team, Management and the Service Desk to ensure that best-practice procedures and technologies are introduced, as well as, established enterprise practices are maintained.
