We are recruiting for an IT support analyst to provide day-to-day IT and technology support to Guardian Australia employees on a 12-month contract.
The IT support analyst will act as the first point of call for technical issues to the business and 3rd party suppliers. Other key responsibilities include responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, basic administrative tasks using Jamf Pro and Microsoft SCCM, configuration and deployment of Macs and PCs, technology inductions to new starters and administration of the IP telephony system.
This entry-level position would suit a recent graduate of an IT related degree looking to gain practical experience and utilise their problem-solving skills in a complex IT environment.
Our ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, familiarity with macOS, Windows, iOS and Android operating systems and a sound understanding of computer networking, Microsoft Office and web browsers. The successful candidate will have a proactive, flexible and methodical approach to work, demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills and respond calmly under pressure.
