This new position is primarily focused on supporting iPads, AppleTVs, and Mac computers using Jamf or other MDMs. We are just planning our Jamf rollout and this position will be our Jamf administrator. Join us in this new adventure!
Manage iPads, AppleTVs, and Mac computers.
Troubleshoot and repair iPads, AppleTVs, Mac computers and other technology to resolve software and hardware issues.
Configure and utilize Jamf or other MDMs to administer groups, policies, apps, updates and tracking of mobile devices. Configure and monitor software, including web filtering, Apple Classroom Manager, and MDM software.
Plan, lead and execute small to medium projects.
Mentor and lead interns and fellow team members.
Help build systems and develop processes to resolve reoccurring issues.
Work to define and implement ITIL processes in the department.
Troubleshoot technical problems that were not able to be resolved by Technical Support 1 team members.
Research new technologies and facilitate testing of those technologies.
Apple Certified Technician Certification or Jamf 100+ Certification, preferably both
We support over 7,000 iPads in our school district and a small but growing number of Macs. Our office is a collaborative environment focused on improving our end user experience and implementing best practices.
