We are currently seeking a Macintosh Support Technician to work in our Downtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience using Mac technology, that has JAMF Administration knowledge and has excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, be detailed oriented and able to multitask. You must be an energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic, highly motivated, hard working team player.

Job Description

We are a smaller environment, so we will ask you to perform a multitude of duties, from printer troubleshooting, installing Mac hardware upgrades, configuring email on iphones and troubleshooting JAMF communication issues.


Troubleshoot, fix, & maintain Mac OS X operating systems
Troubleshooting JAMF communication issues
Deploy apps through JAMF
Build and Maintain JAMF Self Service
Rebuild Mac machines from scratch
Configure email on mobile phones and laptops
Troubleshoot LaserJet printer jams and basic connection issues
Desktop wire management
Update and create documentation as needed for systems, software and hardware support
Talk to 3rd party tech support and find methods to resolve support issues


A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not necessary; Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) Certification preferred, but not necessary, JAMF Admin knowledge with scripting experience is a must.
