Teachers (with managed Apple IDs) can go to the App Store and Share a
request for an app for the students. BUT, I would like teachers to have
the capability of requesting an app for themselves as well. Currently, I
do NOT see that option available.

problem is that I get the request with the name of the app, but NOT the
link to the app to get the app in Apple School Manager. So I then need

This should work for Jamf School, but you need to make it the 2nd TAB,
not the 1st TAB (leave the 1st TAB blank) and then set the 2nd TAB as
the default. The below is if you purchased Zoom and are using SSO.
