Patch Management Actions Missing in Jamf Pro

Hello,Has anyone else noticed that the Action buttons are missing in the Patch Management logs? Flush All Failed Patches is also grayed out. It seemed to happen after our instance was updated to 11.4.1. Is this a know issue?
