I am actually an SCCM Infrastructure Admin but our team has being tagged as the "enterprise device management" group so Jamf was just handed over to us.
I'm an Apple newbie but how hard can it be, right!?!? Everyone says MACs are so intuitive so after 24 years in IT I "should" be able to pick it up and run with it!
