In this role, you will identify market problems and opportunities, solicit and synthesize input from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders (product management, senior management, channel partners and customers), define and drive a product strategy aligned with our overall business and product strategy, develop and gain support for a product roadmap and plans, and work with engineering, marketing and customer-facing teams to deliver and launch new software releases.
Critical skills for success in this role include a proven track record in both direct and indirect channels, experience in adapting and managing a high growth SaaS-based product, and strong communication and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
The Cloud IT Architect is responsible for IT Infrastructure/Cloud Design that supports Jamf’s Cloud solutions internally and externally. Works closely and collaboratively with the Jamf Architects, Commercial Cloud Providers (e.g. AWS) and Cloud and Delivery teams to create high level and detailed design plans that continually improves products that help our customers find success, performance and scalability with the Apple platform in the Jamf Cloud.

The Account Specialist position works within the Customer Service Department and is a support role that monitors, reconciles, and processes incoming Renewals and other customer orders. They collaborate with other departments on purchases for existing clients and work directly with customers during the annual Renewal process. This roles includes the upkeep of account records, auditing of assets and purchases, and assists with customer retention.
The Technical Support Specialist position works within the Customer Service department to provide technical support for customers related to the installation, troubleshooting and integration of Jamf products and supporting technologies. The position provides firsthand assistance to end-users and is responsible for day-to-day interactions with customers. The position also actively participates in the creation, maintenance, and sharing of technical information related to core Jamf products and supporting technologies.
