Account Specialist, 2nd Shift

Job Description

The Account Specialist I position works within the Customer Experience Department and is a support role that monitors, reconciles, and processes incoming Renewals and other customer orders. They collaborate with other departments on purchases for existing clients and work directly with customers during the annual Renewal process. This role includes the upkeep of account records, auditing of assets and purchases, and assists with customer retention.

This role is responsible for working with customers in the APAC region, and as such will have a shift that includes one weekend day and ends at 7pm or later.

Travel: Less than 10%
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Sun-Thurs, 11am-7pm
Education: 2-year / Associate's Degree (Preferred, a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered)
Manager: Manager, Account Services

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the annual renewal process to assigned clients
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Assure quality of completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies
  • Reconcile incoming orders against price quotes, contracts, and existing assets
  • Provide pricing and quotations to current customers
  • Ensure quality of order data in company CRM system (Salesforce.com)
  • Maintain and update account records in company CRM system and other mediums
  • Support Customer Service team efforts to hit retention and revenue targets
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2-year / Associate's Degree (Preferred, a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered)
  • General Experience Billing, contract or sales support (Preferred)
