Alliance Manager - Healthcare

Job Description

The Alliance Manager | Healthcare is crucial in driving sales revenue. The role works with internal and external teams at Jamf to advance new, existing, and business development relationships with our solution partners. Alliance managers work with marketing teams to develop industry specific market messaging and sales enablement content. This individual will work closely with the product, research and sales teams to understand gaps in the portfolio, develop strategic partner rationale and build business cases for partnering. This person will also be responsible for driving the formation and managing field service alliance partnerships to ensure it meets its stated objectives (including sales, awareness, etc.). In addition, this role will build on the strong executive, business and technical relationships with Jamf and ensure timely completion of defined integration and collaborative technical projects and go-to-market programs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage as part of the sales initiative to achieve or exceed Company and partner revenue targets
  • Identify highest priority “win-win” initiative(s) with greatest potential for field service market share capture and revenue result for both alliance partners and Jamf
  • Communicate and demonstrate Jamf solutions to alliance partner product and engineering teams, as well as key solutions partners and customers
  • Evangelize Jamf products, provide training and business updates to alliance partners
  • Participate in partner, customer and integrator meetings related to solutions, systems architectures, design and overall deployment
  • Identify, recommend and participate in key partner engagements and events to increase adoption of Jamf solutions within our partners and joint customers
  • Ensure campaign/marketing/education resources are mapped to technology partner resources and regions
  • Identify new ideas for initiatives from product management, research and product marketing and maintain internal relationships necessary to execute initiatives effectively
  • Define packaging, go-to-market approaches, and marketing considerations for each initiative
  • Implement and execute strategies by developing key relationships with partners and driving agreement around specific initiatives
  • Serve as single point of accountability for activities with Alliance partner – escalation responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Jamf, Apple, Cisco, or Microsoft technical certifications (Preferred)
  • 2 – 4 Year’s Experience building similar programs within software or healthcare companies (Required)
