Channel Account Manager

Job Description

The Channel Account Manager – Corporate Resellers is responsible for building and enabling our channel partner business across the US with Apple and strategic partners.

Location: Remote Home Office | Chicago, IL | Tampa, FL | Tempe, AZ | Minneapolis, MN
Travel: 25-50%
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Manager: Manager, Channel Sales

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan in partnership with Apple channel team to dramatically grow channel-created business with assigned Corporate Resellers
  • Identify, enable and support Apple Channel sales and marketing team members and their partner activities
  • Identify, enable and support Corporate Reseller sales and marketing team members and efforts to position and sell Jamf solutions
  • Develop targeted campaigns, success metrics and investment cases with Apple and assigned partners to grow channel-sourced opportunities
  • Choose and attend appropriate events/tradeshows to engage Partner sellers and communicate the Jamf value to their customers and prospects
  • Work with Channel Marketing team to create relevant content for partner sales enablement
  • Provide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employees
  • Identify end customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and benefits, and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product Management
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization

Qualifications

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred); a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • 5 - 7 Years Channel sales experience (Required)
  • Channel sales related to the Apple platform (Preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated quota achievement (Required)
  • Channel operations, field and product marketing (Preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivation and enablement of Corporate Reseller sales reps to understand and promote Jamf to their Apple customers
  • Ability to effectively present business and technical concepts to all levels of a reseller or end-customer organization
  • A highly-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of several teams
  • Experience with a CRM platform (preferably SalesForce.com) required
  • Exposure to Marketo or a relevant marketing automation platform is preferred
